1. Do you do drop offs in the Chicago area?

Sorry, I do not do any drop offs in the Chicago area.

2. Can I modify or change my order?

If you place an order that you realize you know longer want or need, please email us ASAP. If the order has already shipped, I'm sorry there's nothing I can do.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

After your order is picked and shipped, we'll send a tracking number so you can keep track. Also, please make sure name, address, and everything is correct.

4. Why was my order cancelled?

First, let me say, sorry about that love! Second, if your order was cancelled, it was a mistake on our end. The piece you're looking for was more than likely out of stock. You'll receive an email with all the dets!

5. I think my package was stolen ?

While that is extremely unfortunate, after an order has shipped it is completely out of our hands.

6. Can I return an item?

Sorry, at the moment we do not accept returns. However, we'll take your return for store credit or an exchange. Please note all returns must be requested 5 days after the item is received. Anything past 5 days we can not honor.


No Returns: We do not accept returns, however, we’ll accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for EXCHANGE ONLY or store credit. 

Shipping: Customer is Responsible for shipping fees to send the exchange back to Blac Sheep.

Exchange Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days if item is in stock.
